Health & Wellness Coaching

Actionable Goals.

 Health and Wellness Coaching Wellness coaching consists of motivational sessions conducted remotely or in person to address health and wellness concerns. Wellness coaching is different from personal training in that it is an exercise for your brain using the thought process involved in changing behaviors to accomplish goals and achieve positive health and wellness outcomes. Whereas personal training involves instruction around physical exercise for the body.

Accountability.

The information gathered from the assessment helps to create a wellness plan, personal ‘wellness vision’, three-month goals and first steps. The information from this assessment is also used to help formulate thoughtful questions from the coach to the client and help the client set three-month goals.

Easy-shifts.

In subsequent 40-minute sessions, coach and client review the progress made towards the client’s vision and goals, identifies pressing issues to work through or learn something new, then agree on goals to set for the following week. At the end of three months the client should feel more confident in the process of achieving progress in new areas.

The benefits of working with a health and wellness coach includes having an accountability partner with the knowledge and expertise to support you, increasing your self-awareness, sharpening decision-making skills, increasing self-confidence and ultimately empowering you to take control of your health. The coaching process begins with a detailed well-being assessment which asks clients to identify and prioritize what is important to them.
