I’m a very senior citizen and decided I should work hard for the first time to be fit. I play the violin, and I thought it could help, and my posture was awful. I knew Marlene from her years at my hospital and have always admired her professionalism, expertise, energy, and good humor. I asked her to take me on. Best thing I’ve done in a long time.

After 6 months I’m stronger, more limber, my balance is better!

I’ve lost 8 pounds, and my violin playing has seriously benefited. I even stand up straighter. I don’t write testimonials ordinarily, but this is for real.
